1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

• 1 business day
• Orders placed before 2 PM may ship same day

Processing times may be longer on weekends, holidays, or during high volume periods.

 


 

2. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names on the exterior.

 


 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (2–5 business days)
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) — if available in your region

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary.

 


 

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update.

 


 

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Weight
• Carrier selection

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

 


 

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout:

• Boost-RX is not responsible for lost packages
• No refund will be issued
• Reshipment (if package is returned) will require additional shipping payment

 


 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier:

• Boost-RX is not responsible for theft or misplacement
• We cannot issue refunds for delivered items

We will help you file a carrier claim if needed.

 


 

8. Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
• Weather conditions
• Holiday volume
• Operational issues outside our control

 


 

9. International Shipping

At this time, Boost-RX ships only within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.

 


 

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipping.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
