BOOST-RX — REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Boost-RX. Your satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell consumable wellness products, our refund policy is structured to protect customer safety and product integrity.

 


 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable and personal nature of our products (supplements, honey packs, pills, gummies, lubes, condoms, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or unopened items.

This policy ensures all customers receive fresh, untampered, safe-to-use products.

 


 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund it.

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

3. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve it.

 


 

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen items.
If this occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 


 

5. Refused or Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unclaimed parcel
• Refusal by recipient

are not eligible for a refund.
If the package is returned to us in unopened and intact condition, we may offer a reshipment option at customer expense.

 


 

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

 


 

7. Unauthorized Returns

Any package sent back to us without approval will be discarded and will not be refunded.
